How to use: Fit the insole appropriately into the right and left shoes. The front part should go up to the tip of the shoe, and the heel should sit slightly below the line of the shoe heel. If necessary, cut the insole to the appropriate size. Insert the insoles again, remove the protective paper from the adhesive surface, and press the heels into the inside of the shoe.
