You shall communicate your decision to withdraw from this contract, for example, in a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the extra costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. If this is not possible, we will return the money to the bank account you have provided. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first. Please send back or hand over the item to us without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the 30-day period has expired. You will have to bear the costs of returning the item. You shall only be liable for any diminution in the value of the item resulting from your use of the item other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
